Shalom to everyone. We bless the Lord from Tziyon on this holy feast day on May 30 – 31.
This holy, uniquely summer feast reminds believers of both messianic (House) and gentile (Church) that the season of the consummation is at hand. The Besorah (Gospel) speaks clearly of the meeting between Messiah and His chosen bride hand picked by His Father. Obviously it is not in 2020. It would be nice. However it is soon.
In Revelation 3 our Messiah predicts the following and makes a promise toward all who will endure the testing that will come upon the whole world.
10 Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth.
Endure all tribulations some more in emunah [faith of the Biblical kind]. Remain in purity, a message to the House and to the Bride from the Church. Unfortunately, the popular rapture concept as you see in hundreds of memes on social media are not about this consummation. They literally suggest salvation from the tribulation that the Book of Revelation warns about. That alternative, extra-biblical event does not involve bodily resurrection and the transformation of the perishable bodies to the imperishable bodies. Beware of the counterfeit agenda.
The Minkha Prophecy
The instructions given for the fourth feast are detailed in Leviticus 23. There are eight verses that govern the ordinance of this feast of YHVH. In Greek, this feast was re-named the Pentecost because of the number “50”. In Hebrew it is “7” weeks in the morrow after the Shabbat.
The Feast of Weeks
15 “You shall count seven full weeks from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering. 16 You shall count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath. Then you shall present a grain offering [Minkha] of new grain to the Lord. 17 You shall bring from your dwelling places two loaves of bread to be waved, made of two tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour, and they shall be baked with leaven, as firstfruits to the Lord. 18 And you shall present with the bread seven lambs a year old without blemish, and one bull from the herd and two rams. They shall be a burnt offering to the Lord, with their grain offering and their drink offerings, a food offering with a pleasing aroma to the Lord. 19 And you shall offer one male goat for a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old as a sacrifice of peace offerings. 20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits as a wave offering before the Lord, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to the Lord for the priest. 21 And you shall make a proclamation on the same day. You shall hold a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work. It is a statute forever in all your dwelling places throughout your generations.
22 “And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap your field right up to its edge, nor shall you gather the gleanings after your harvest. You shall leave them for the poor and for the sojourner: I am the Lord your God.”
We need to stay close to Scripture to understand that Messiah will come to close out (fulfill) Shavuot by PRESENTING NEW GRAIN [Minkha] to His Father (Leviticus 23 | 16). He has already fulfill all three Spring feasts. By sequence the next feast that He will personally fulfill will be teh summer feast of Shavuot.
16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new minkha unto YHVH.
The Torah is clear that the offering that the Priest (Messiah) will bring to YHVH is the minkha.
The second offering is מִנְחָה minkha (grain). It is a voluntary offering but there is no atonement associated with this offering. The minkha offering was previously instructed in V’Yiqara 1 – 5 (Leviticus) to be a wheat flour offering made from new grain. No atonement is included in this subesequent offering, for the atonement had already been fulfilled in Pesach in Srping, and all who will be gathered in Shavuot will meet this requirement in Daniel 12.
But at that time your people (the House) shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the shamayim above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.
The “promise” in Acts 1| 4-5, the Spirit of holiness, came down to be a Witness (1 John 5| 8) to the new covenant.
7 For there are three that testify: 8 the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree.
The new covenant was executed as we read about in Acts 2. Here Luke wrote of the Messiah in His final instructions to 120 messianic Jews.
3 He presented himself alive to them after his suffering by many proofs, appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God.
4 And while eating with them he ordered them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, he said,
“you heard from me; 5 for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized in the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
In interpretation, it means Messiah will fulfill Shavuot from the Pentecost to Resurrection Day, all those who are born anew to Father when we shall all be changed to our new, resurrection bodies that are now hidden in Christ. (Colossiym 3).
2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. 3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is your[a] life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
We are led not by the world. The world is profaning this holy feast by rioting, disorderly assemblies by abusing the First Amendment rights, setting fires in acts of arson, burning up businesses as priests of the satanos in their burnt offerings on YHVH’s holy feast day to the satanos. We are however, lef by the Spirit of holiness. We speak and walk in peace. We set our minds on the things above and Him who is coming soon.
Many faith groups post about the coming of the Spirit of holiness in the Upper Room upon 120 messianic Jews. However, we need to understand it was just a scheduled event because in the parting words of Messiah, He called it a promise coming true in season. His other promise says,
“Let not your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. 2 In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?[b]3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.
Lord, come quickly.
