We shall be counting the Omer to Shavuot
Of the day or the hour no one knows.
The New Moon sighting sets the clock for the Feast of Passover, to be observed on the 14th between the evenings. In 2019, the Passover of the messianics will be observed between the evenings on April 20, right after the weekly shabbat, on the first day of the new shavua.
Exodus 12:6 and you shall keep it (lamb) until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at evening.
Our messianic mishpocha shall remember what He has done for us to be Seh Pesach, the Passover Lamb.
